小型制丸机详细介绍:
一、机器使用说明
1、本机使用前，取下上盖壳，齿轮箱盖，必须在各油眼处滴加数滴无水分食用油，再用医用酒精擦洗四根滚轴及与药丸相接触的部位，做消毒处理。
2、将上盖壳，齿轮箱盖重新安装复位，接通电源，打开开关，空机转动1-2分钟。
3、将调配均匀的团状药料。取适量投入挤压槽口中，进行压饼，然后将饼状药料投入出条槽中成条，再将以做成的药条逐根横放在制丸槽中直接搓制成丸。
4、水丸：将药面（0.1kg）放入包衣器中，逐步放入米汤，形成粒状后，采用间隔不断喷淋食用水，可逐步滚制成丸。
5、包衣：待药丸制成后，可放在水丸包衣器中，包成白色、红色等外衣。
6、烘干方法：药丸制成后，将药丸进入水丸包衣器进行电加热亦可进行烘干。以可用电吹风的热风烘干，也可直接在阳光下晒干。
7、抛光方法：将药丸放在水丸包衣器中，连续翻滚，滚动时间越长，表面越光滑。

二、用户须知
1、本机适用于环境温度为-5℃至40℃，相对湿度小于90%。周围无导电尘埃和腐蚀金属气体，安放在通风、清洁的位置。
2、操作时，工作台面应无其它无关物品。制丸机安放在稳妥的台面上，在确认电源电压的情况下，电源处应靠近台面，电源插座要有可靠的接地线，严禁用力拉拔电源线，以防止人为翻倒，摔坏制丸机和其它事故发生。
3、本机使用后，按图示，拆下内六角螺丝，以滚轴为界分上、下两部分打开，取下四根滚轴，用医用酒精擦洗干净后。或者根据制丸需要调换规格不同的滚轴，可按图示安装复位。
4、在用医用酒精擦洗，调换制丸滚轴和出条离合滚轴时，必须切断总电源，拔出电源插头，以避免人身事故。
5、制丸机在开机使用中，严禁用手和毛刷或其它工具接触制丸滚轴和出条离合滚轴，以避免扎伤手指，严禁在无上盖壳，齿轮箱盖的保护下，通电加工制丸，避免发生不必要的人身事故。
6、如遇电源线损坏（如裸线外露等），必须使用电源线。到当地办事处维修部购买更换。如遇开关或插座失灵，必须停止使用，严禁变更线路继续使用，应及时更换同规格的开头或插座，避免发生机械、人身事故。
7、比例制作方法：蜜丸、水丸、包衣药面拌和制作的方法详见制丸参考配方。
8、本机配套的粉碎设备可选用本厂的LH-08B连续流中药粉碎机。
9、水丸包衣器在不使用时，可直接拆洗向顺时针方向旋转，将其拔出即可。放在可靠、清洁的位置待使用，在水丸包衣器轴的外露部分应涂少量清洁的食用油，以防止产生浮锈。严禁直接用水清洗整机或电加热器。本机不使用时，必须放置在干燥、清洁通风处。在电加热器使用过程中，严禁与水接触，以防止导电，造成电击等人身事故。
