为何要使用蜂巢除湿机
塑胶产品沦为次级品或不良品，其多数原因为成型前塑料未充分除湿干燥所致，尤其吸湿性很强的塑料如PET、PA、PMMA、PBT等，实践证明降低干燥风的露点到-40℃以下，同时控制热量使之吹过含湿性塑料颗粒表面，才能使它在成型之前含水率降低到0.02%以下。

Why to use Honeycomb Dehumidifier
If your product has such problems which are regarded as low grade or bad quality as shown on the left, for most of the cases, the reason is that the raw materials are not compley dried before moulding, especially for hygroscopic engineering plastic materials, such as PET,PA,PMMA,PBT,etc As practically proved, only air flow of high temperature and low dew-point down to -40℃ can make the hydrous plastic materials to reach moisture content below 0.02% before moulding
