强制循环结晶蒸发器

概述：

强制精环蒸发结品器又称FC(Forced Circuation)型结品器。是一种可以连续生产的通用型结品设备，广泛成用于化工、轻工、运药等行业的生产以及环保行业废水蒸发结品处理。根据料渡性质的不同，FC型结品器分为加执蒸发型、间壁冷却型或真空冷却型等以满足各种结品工艺的需要。强制循环蒸发结品器是由加热器对待处理的料流进行加热进入结晶分离室蒸发分离，溶液达到过饱和状态便产生结品现象，由强制估环泵经多次循环加热后结品室内过饱和溶液沉浸在悬浮品粒表面上，使是体逐渐长大，当易体教量达到一定浓度时即可将品奖排出另作处理。强制循环蒸发结品器具有生产能力大，产品的粒度分布较宽，约在0.8-4mm的范围，适应各种物料的结品等特点。
