HTSYS-5型全自动实验软胶囊机是我公司2012年研制的新型产品，该机是目前国内*既能用于实验室研发同时又能中试用的软胶囊机型，该机也是目前国内*一款大、小丸（100mg-2000mg）都能生产的机型，*按照GMP要求精心设计而成。采用单相220V电源，目前该机型被广泛应用于全国100多所药研机构和重点院校。

HTSYS-5型全自动实验软胶囊机运用多种自动控制技术，操作简单，性能稳定，工作可靠。整机采用优化设计，功能齐全，结构紧凑。整套设备包括一台主机及控制系统、一台干燥机、一只化胶罐、一个配料罐、一个胶体磨、一套模具、整套设备用材考究，*符合GMP要求，整套设备占地面积小（2个平方），适用于医药、食品、化妆品、保健品等多种行业。

HTSYS-5-type soft capsule machine rolling mode is to absorb advanced technology, based on a combination of the production process and characteristics of soft capsules, the use of advanced technology and high quality materials, carefully designed according to GMP requirements made. This machine uses single-phase 220V power supply, mainly for laboratory and research institutions capsule drug product development or small-volume production test.
